At Scents Legacy, we are committed to delivering your favorite fragrances across Pakistan with speed, care, and reliability. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure a seamless experience from our warehouse to your doorstep. 
  1. DELIVERY TIMELINE 
We strive to process and dispatch all orders promptly. The estimated delivery times are as follows: 
•    Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 2 to 3 working days. 
•    Other Cities & Regions: 3 to 5 working days. 
•    Processing Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM are typically dispatched the same day. 
  
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation SMS and/or email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s portal. You can monitor your shipment's progress in real-time. 
  4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) 
To provide maximum convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services throughout Pakistan. Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery to avoid any delays. 
  5. DELIVERY PARTNERS 
We partner with the most reputable courier services in Pakistan (such as TCS, Leopards, or M&P) to ensure that your delicate perfume bottles are handled with the utmost care and delivered safely. 
  6. NON-AVAILABILITY & RE-DELIVERY 
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package up to two times. If the recipient is unavailable after two attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery. 
  7. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS 
We take great pride in our packaging. However, if you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it and notify our customer support team immediately at support@scentslegacy.com.
